Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 90 days from the date of the original purchase. To qualify for an exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when it was purchased and accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt).
Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, and items marked as "Final Sale," may not be eligible for exchange unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will replace the item with an identical one at no extra cost.

New Item Shipment: Upon approval of the exchange, we will ship the new item to the address provided during the exchange process. Shipping fees for the replacement item will be the responsibility of the customer.
